In SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 Nepal defeated Sri Lanka 6-0 on match day 3 of SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 also set multiple records tumbling at Dasharath Stadium on Monday.
Amisha Karki scored two goals. Similarly, Kumari Ghising, Saru Limbu, Amrita Jaisi and Dipa Shahi scored each goal while Sri Lanka could not score any goal during the match.
The 6-0 victory means Nepal is qualified for SAFF Semi-Final. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka is Out of SAFF Women’s Championship 2022.
Earlier, Nepal defeated Bhutan 4-0 in the ongoing sixth edition of the SAFF Women’s Cup. With the win on Monday, Nepal leads Group-B and has entered the semifinal of the championship.
